Workout Schedule

 

The workout schedule only applies during fall and spring when classes are in session.  We will have unofficial workouts that will be posted on the triathlon and cycling facebook pages. Show up to as many or as little workouts as you like and look for the workout leader ( their names are with the times of the workouts).

 

Workout meeting places-

SWIM:  at the pool- inside the gym building. ROOM GYM 121. *bring your ID card* lap swim is free!

              M-TH (12pm - 8pm)       F (12pm - 5pm)      S&S (closed)

BIKE:      at the bike barn / at the top of the soccer field – this is between the soccer field and

                GYM building located inside the garage.

RUN:     Track Workout or Run- meet at the bottom of the stairs leading down to cox

                         stadium on the far left side next to the bathrooms

             Adventure Run- meet at the 1st level of the garage (on State Drive) *get contact info

                        of the driver prior to the workout and let them know you are coming so that you

                        aren’t left behind

LIFT/ GYM: inside the GYM building GYM 148. *bring ID card and sweat towel*
